Dr. Bea Gerbrands, has 30 years experience as a leading provider of hair transplant services in the Regina, Saskatchewan region. She obtained her medical degree at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Following her residency she secured her Diploma in Anesthesiology. She immigrated to Canada in 1998 and completed the LMCC1, LMCC2 and CCFP, obtaining her Canadian Medical Licenses and her License in the field of Family Medicine. Dr. Gerbrands is also a hospitalist, qualified in Acute Care Medicine. Dr. Gerbrands was introduced to the field of Hair Transplantation and pursued further education obtaining her diploma from the (ABHRS) American Board of Hair Restoration Surgeons. She is a respected member of the (ISHRS) International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons. Dr. Gerbrands has travelled throughout Canada over the years, sharing her expertise and speaking at events and conferences about hair loss related diseases and methods of hair restoration. She regularly collaborates with colleagues and peers from around the globe and is an active participant in the latest research and studies. She has a deep understanding of hair loss related, rare and common diseases of the scalp and is the founder of the only clinic in Saskatchewan that is solely dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss.
